We are seeking friendly Support Workers to join us at our Residential services. We have a number of houses located in Central and Northern parts of the Island within easy reach of local bus routes.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and will enjoy joining a team that encourages people with autism to enjoy an active lifestyle. Community activities could include swimming, accessing walking groups or trips to the cinema or even camping trips and gorge walking. Support Workers promote health and well-being and support individuals to maintain their home. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.
Experience is not essential, but a genuine desire to making a difference to the lives of people with autism, as well as a positive attitude is. This is truly a rewarding role, with the opportunity for you to develop your skills, knowledge and fulfil your career aspirations.
